You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or our coaching services.

Our Services

EmmyK Fit provides fitness, nutrition, competition preparation, posing, and lifestyle coaching, along with related educational information. Our coaching is personalized guidance and education. It is not medical, healthcare, psychological, physical-therapy, or registered-dietitian advice.

Not Medical Advice — Consult a Professional

The information and coaching we provide are for general fitness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or supplement program — particularly if you have any medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication.

Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of anything provided by EmmyK Fit. If you experience pain, dizziness, or any medical emergency, stop and seek medical attention immediately.

Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury or, in rare cases, serious health events. You acknowledge these risks and voluntarily choose to participate. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits, using proper form, and stopping any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including disclosing any health conditions, injuries, or medications relevant to your participation; to obtain medical clearance where appropriate; and to use our guidance at your own discretion and risk.

No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary and depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency, genetics, and adherence. We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or timeline. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise that you will achieve similar results.

Payments, Coaching Agreements, and Refunds

Pricing is provided during your consultation. The specific fees, billing schedule, program duration, and cancellation or refund terms for each service are set out in your individual coaching agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, training programs, nutrition plans, materials, text, and graphics provided by EmmyK Fit are owned by EmmyK Fit and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmmyK Fit and Emmy K shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or related to your use of the Site, our services, or our coaching. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EmmyK Fit and Emmy K from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party services, such as scheduling and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and your continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
