When you book a consultation through our third-party scheduling link, that provider collects the information needed to schedule your appointment.

Information Collected Automatically

When you submit a form, limited technical information — such as your browser type (user agent) and the web page that referred you — may be submitted along with your message to help us prevent spam and abuse. We do not use advertising trackers on the Site.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and provide our services, and may retain records longer where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion as described below.
