Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
EmmyK Fit ("EmmyK Fit," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through emmykfit.com (the "Site") and our coaching services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or submitting our consultation form, you agree to this Policy.
Information You Provide
When you complete our consultation or intake form, you provide information such as your name, contact details (email, phone number, Instagram handle), and the health and fitness information you choose to share — including age, height, weight, goals, current diet and training, sleep, injuries, medications or health conditions, supplements, digestion, water intake, stress levels, and nutrition preferences.
When you book a consultation through our third-party scheduling link, that provider collects the information needed to schedule your appointment.
Information Collected Automatically
When you submit a form, limited technical information — such as your browser type (user agent) and the web page that referred you — may be submitted along with your message to help us prevent spam and abuse. We do not use advertising trackers on the Site.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether our coaching is a good fit, provide and personalize coaching services, communicate with you about those services, and maintain the security of the Site.
Health and Sensitive Information
The fitness and health information you choose to share is used solely to assess and deliver coaching. EmmyK Fit is a fitness and nutrition coaching service, not a healthcare provider, and this information is not collected or used for any medical purpose. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
How Your Information Is Stored and Shared
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate, including a database and hosting provider and an email-delivery provider that we use to receive and store your submission, and a scheduling provider if you book a consultation. These providers process your information only as needed to provide their services to us.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and provide our services, and may retain records longer where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion as described below.
Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We will respond to verified requests as required by law.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site and services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
